Creating a relationship with your Real Estate agent

Looking to Buy or Sell in 2024? The links below is the new pamphlet for homebuyers and sellers. This helps explain the relationship with your real estate agent and is super important for you to understand. Starting 1/1/2024 you will need to create an agency relationship with your real estate agent prior to receiving services.

What does this mean? You will be asked to sign a brokerage agreement and the expectations will be reviewed with you at that time. As always if you have any questions please let me know!! I am always willing to discuss your plans and explain the changes to the law of real estate with you!!
